There were many wonderful things about this property, but there were a few things that needed tending to, in my opinion. We loved the location and view of the bay from the condo...quite breathtaking. The condo looked freshly painted and the bedrooms were well appointed, except for ripped rug in master. Master had large closets and lots of drawers for storage. The den furniture, however, needs updating. Orange swivel chairs were superfluous because they were not comfortable. No way to curl up and watch tv in those. Not inviting at all. The patio furniture is also in need of an update. White cushions are cheap and dirty. Wood furniture is rotting and so is the fish pond. The potted plants look terrible and unattended. The pictures online make this patio look so inviting, but it is not. We didn’t spend nearly as much time out there as we thought we would because of that...and it was dirty...cigarette butts, and trash.
