During the final weeks of April 2026, we focused heavily on strengthening the human side of the platform. We launched anonymous renter and landlord feedback systems, expanded our university housing vision, and completed the foundation of our Ambassador Application workflow. This phase reinforced something we strongly believe: student housing and roommate discovery are not just side features — they are core infrastructure for helping young people successfully transition into independent living and future careers.

This week forced us to confront the reality that old systems do not always fail in dramatic ways. Sometimes they fail at step one. As we pushed deeper into CF2023 upgrades, legacy validation, AJAX calls, and registration logic began breaking in ways that slowed everything down. We rebuilt key portions of registration and verification, stabilized duplicate detection, and accepted that moving forward meant letting go of systems and relationships that had carried us for more than twenty years.
